An artist* who is going to perform in a show said:

Rehearsal. So that people’s money’s worth it.

What does “it” refer to in the sentence above? The show? Jadi, uangnya sebanding dengan pertunjukannya?

Something like this probably makes more sense:

So that the show will be worth it.

“It” refers to the money that people pay for tickets. If “it” is replaced with “the money”, then it would probably makes it even clearer. Pertunjukannya sebanding dengan uang yang sudah dibayar. Lebih natural.

So the general structure is, more or less, A is worth B, where B, in general, is initially perceived to be of lower value than A.

[*It's not important who the artist is, that's not the point. I'm not nitpicking him personally.]
